那麼，一封辞职信是不可缺少的。辞职信的作用，一方面可让对方留下好印象，另一方面也可视为一份离职证明。

辞职信四大要素

书写正式的辞职信，须具备以下四大要素：

a) 填写适当受文者名称及需要知会的上司。

b) 清楚写出辞职的理由。

c) 感谢公司给予你工作机会，并在工作上获得宝贵的技能及经验。

d) .最后，祝愿公司将来发展顺利及作亲笔签署。
