When returning to school after an unrestrained holiday, many students will suffer from post-holiday syndrome, whose symptom include fatigue, lack of appetite, fear of school, and a feeling of depression.

In fact, post-holiday syndrome is a disorder of nervous and immune systems, which is mainly caused by the irregular lifestyle during the holiday. A large number of students overindulge themselves in eating and drinking and do little exercises. Besides, they are addicted to TV series, video games and surfing the Internet, which means staring at screens for a long time. What’s worse, they break regular bedtime schedule, which makes it difficult to go back to routine study timetable and life pace.

There are several suggestions to combat this syndrome. First of all, stick to a normal schedule over the holidays so you can adjust to study quickly. Second, keep a reasonable diet and do exercises. Last, stay relaxed and an early return can give you enough time to readjust your body and mind.

My View on Bike Sharing Service

Bike sharing service is taking off in China. Bike sharing service allows riders to rent a bike at very low price via apps. Riders can pick up a bike anywhere in the city and drop them off at the end of the journey.

Bike sharing service is certainly of some benefits. First, it makes our life more convenient. We just scan a QR code, unlock the bike and start our journey around the city. Moreover, with more people riding bikes, the traffic stress is largely relieved, especially during rush hours and emissions produced by car are reduced. However, each coin has both sides. Bike sharing has caused troubles to city management. The shared bikes are parked randomly and block sidewalks. Besides, anyone with a cellphone is accessible to sharing bikes, including children under 12 years old who are not allowed to ride a bike on the road by law.

In my opinion, though user- and environment-friendly, bike sharing service remains underdeveloped. Related rules and regulations remain to be enacted.

Making the Air Clean Is Our Responsibility

As is vividly depicted in the picture, people are coughing in the polluted air. The sky is gray, and people have to wear masks for they are exposed to smog and haze. Apparently, it’s imperative for us to take actions that would make the air cleaner.

First of all, there should be regular car-restriction period, given the vehicle exhaust is a main source of air pollution. By doing so, more people would choose the public transportation like subway or bus. Second, the government can launch a tree-planting campaign, encouraging people to grow more trees. The study has shown trees can absorb harmful gas like sulfur dioxide. Last but not least, the factories’ gas emissions should be limited. The factories in the cities give out a lot of harmful gases, making the air even worse.

All in all, the air can’t be clean unless every one of us takes measures to cope with it.

As is vividly depicted in the picture, four people enjoy playing cellphones in their hands instead of talking with each other on the dinner table. This picture of “party in the cellphone time” satires people’s addiction to the mobile phones.

It’s true that mobile phones bring a lot of pleasures to us: we can watch films, play games, search for information or even buy something with mobile phones. However, we have to admit that some people have gone too far. Studies have showed that people would get poor eye sights if they play the mobile phones for a long time. And it’s a sad fact that many children have already wore glasses. What’s more, the mobile phone addicts can bring various of health problems because of people’s lack of exercise.

In a word, we have to find a balance when we use our mobile phones; they can’t become our sole pleasure tool.

二、英语作文四六级

四六级作文主要有以下四个类型：

1.现象阐释型

这类作文多为提纲式作文或图表式作文。这类命题要求考生对某一社会现象进行解释，分析产生该现象的原因并加以评论。

写作模式

第一段描述现象;

第二段解释这种现象产生或存在的原因;

第三段提出解决问题的建议或总结观点。

2.对比选择型

这类作文多为提纲式作文，议论文体裁。通常首先论述相反的两种观点，或分析某一社会现象的优缺点，然后提出自己的看法。

写作模式

第一段提出要讨论的主题，说明人们对此看法不一;

第二段分别论述人们对此事物或现象的看法及原因;

第三段表明自己的观点并给出理由。

3.观点论证型

这类作文多为提纲式议论文或看图作文，通常是围绕某一事物或观点进行论证，有时以某个热点话题或某种现象为议论对象，要求考生提出自己的看法或观点，并提供论据加以论证，也可在交章最后提出建议或期望。

写作模式

第一段引出话题，表明观点;

第二段给出论据，阐释观点;

第三段提出建议，重申观点。

4.问题解决型

这类作文一般为提纲式作文，且多为议论文。通常首先提出一个有待解决的问题，然后要求考生就该问题给出解决方法。

第一段描述现象，提出问题;

第二段分析问题可能产生的后果;

第三段给出解决问题的方法或建议。
