本次 寒假 英语手抄报 作业 的主题是： Chinese Spring Festival ； 内容 是 ：围绕中国春节的故事传说、风俗习惯、饮食爱好等相关文化展开，设计制作一张 A3 纸大的英语手抄报。

评选现场，一幅幅 符合主题，内容健康，版面设计合理、新颖、字迹工整、书写规范 ， 整体效果美观 的作品引得评委老师的连连称赞。活动共评出一等奖作品 15 件，二等奖作品 20 件，三等奖作品 30 件。

校长黄前进表示，这只是学校各教研组落实双减政策的一个缩影，学校将大力推行这样的活动开展，将对优秀作品制作专门的版面进行展览。

一、时间计划

1、制定合理的作息时间表

起床：6：00

学习：6：30—7：30 英语

早饭：7：30—8：00

学习：8：20—10：00 数学 化学(历史或地理)

休息：10：00—2：00

学习：2：00—4：00 物理（政治） 语文

休息：4：00—6：30

学习：7：30—9：00 复习总结一天所学知识，写日记。

2、严格执行所制定的作息计划，决不因其他事情而不按计划行事。如果有特殊情况占用了学习时间，必须加倍弥补。

二、学习计划

1、预习下学期所学新课。制定严格的预习计划，然后坚决实行之。计划的落实以自学为主，要尽量地自己看懂；不会的要做出标记，等以后解决，或询问他人马上解决。预习新课要尽量多预习，争取预习下学期新课的三分之一以上。

2、复习旧课。对以前学过的旧知识必须时常复习，要用10天左右的时间来复习旧知识，复习时尽量采用目录回顾法，对不会的知识尽量摘录下来，留待以后在复习时作重点复习用。

3、自觉写2篇以上语文作文和英语作文，养成自觉修改文章的好习惯。

4、看一部中国古典名著，并做好笔记摘抄。

5、坚持练字。每天学习累了的时候，要仿照一本好的字帖去练字。

三、提高自己的综合素质

1、学习累了之后，要干力所能及的活，如：打扫卫生、抹玻璃、拖地板、打水、做饭、买菜、洗衣服、接待客人、社会劳动、为家长洗脚、社会调查等。

2、提高思想认知水平和道德素质，不断完善自己。

3、提高分析问题、解决问题的能力。培养自己形成一种思维全面、反应敏捷、运作正确、快速的学习机制；养成一种勤学、善思、好问、求实的学习习惯。

首先中学生应该为自己拟订一个时间表，并按照计划去做，生活才会井井有条。而且也可在这期间抓差补缺，集中大部分精力去认真检查一下自己在学习及课业上还有哪些科目比较弱。然后，我们应该好好反省及思考，针对性地进行查漏补缺。因此我们必须要充分利用假期时间，努力提高，以便在下一次的考试中能与同学们齐头并进，继续学习新的知识。同时，在学习当中也可温故知新。这是一个非常有效的'学习过程，而且还可以梳理以及巩固我们的学业。学习新知识，预习新课程，为新学年的学习打下坚实的基础。

除了读书之外，一定的休闲时间是必要的。假期期间，也可以选择和自己的家人一起出去旅游，到一个向往已久或是名胜古迹、蜀山大川的地方旅游。一趟旅游下来，不仅可以欣赏到许多的风景名胜，放松心情，还可以通过旅游见闻吸收许多心得及课本以外的常识，还可扩大眼界。但外出旅游要根据各自的家庭经济条件量力而为。若家庭经济状况不允许，可以和家人一起去当地有特色的景点游玩一下，或是可以一起登山、野餐、露营等户外活动。这不但可以舒缓学习压力，调解心情，同时还可以增进与家人之间的感情。

不仅如此，我们也可以在家里学习做一个家庭小主人，培养自理能力。我们可以在家里提前做一些将来出社会一个人独立时的提前预习，帮父母做一些家务事，体验一下家务的繁琐。例如：争取在假期期间学会做饭，并且学会做几道比较拿手的菜。在假期中每天适当承担一些家务劳动，既能减轻家里的负担，又能把自己锻炼成为一个全面发展的人。更重要的是，从而懂得体贴父母，孝敬长辈，对于生活在农村的学生，要积极帮助农忙的父母干些力所能及的活，从中体会父母的艰辛，理解父母的不易。

接着，我们还可以出去外面打工，帮自己赚些零用钱花。同时，我们也可以帮忙补贴家用，减轻父母的负担。此外，在打工的同时，除了可以累积一些工作经验之外，我们还可以锻炼自己的能力，体验社会的现状和辛酸。而且还可激发努力学习奋进的激情。这不仅可以满足中学生对社会的好奇心，而且通过工作的付出，还可以使学生们了解到金钱的来之不易。同时也通过自己的劳力得到报酬，为今后自己的生活付出努力。培养自己的责任感和自制力，为新学期做好准备

寒假假期学习计划【2】

一、整理规划时间，确定要学习的内容

在开始前，应该是整理出可利用的时间，清楚自己在的空闲时间生活习惯。在此前提下，以每一天为单位，制定学习计划。接下来，梳理自身学习情况，找出最需要提高，合理分配复习和预习时间，有针对性地制定假期学习计划。每天有效学习时间最好保持在6-8个小时。可以根据自己的情况合理的规划一下，寒假假期中要做到既不睡懒觉，也不要开夜车。习惯比聪明更重要!只要按照计划来，每天坚持的话，超清你的成绩肯定会进步的。(后面我会做出一个具体的时间安排表，超清你可以根据自身情况做适当调整)

二、复习上学期内容，攻克薄弱环节

应该把寒假假期分为复习和预习两个阶段，前段时间主要是复习，在此基础上留一个星期的时间对下学期内容进行预习。

今年的寒假假期假期较短，目标不宜太大、复习范围不宜太广。如果想真正有收获，就不能贪多!适宜重点攻克薄弱学科、或某学科中的重点内容。(超清数学应多用点时间来巩固提高。英语可将平时的上课内容拿来复习，记忆一些固定的用法和常用搭配。把上学期的课文从开始再复习下，有些需要记忆的东西一定要记住。比如每单元的单词及其拼写和固定搭配和固定句式及语法知识。)

三、预习下学期课程：

将下学期的课程提前预习一下，掌握各重要科目(语文、数学、英语)下学期的重难点。预习的过程中碰到的不懂的问题要及时做记录，等到开学的时候可询问老师。(数学要提前预习前4章，英语要预习前五单元)

四、时间安排表(可根据自身情况作合理调整)

8：00起床之后 刷牙漱口洗脸吃早饭

早上8：30 合理安排30分钟大声朗读背诵英语课文，听一些英语听力。听读是培养英语语感最好的方法。听读的材料可以是上学期的英语教材，也可把下学期教材。

9:00 做寒假假期作业 先做数学。因为早上头脑是最清醒的，数学逻辑思维比较强，所以先做数学的作业;

10：00 开始休息15分钟，学了一个小时也该舒展舒展筋骨了，因此利用这15分钟的时间充分休息，也活动活动。

10: 20—11:20 做英语寒假假期作业，给自己每天定一个目标。比如每天做多少页，然后在规定的时间做完。寒假假期作业做完后可以阅读一些英语读物，写写单词。

下午可以自己安排1个半小时开始学习语文 学习语文的时间可以比较自由，依靠自己的劳逸程度，充分分配自己的时间。实在累了，可以阅读一些课外书籍，这样也可以扩充自己的知识面，为写作积累材料。

晚上可安排一个小时 练习写字和学习写作文，包括语文和英语。时间上可以是今天学习语文，明天就学习英语。坚持每天认真写一页，英语字帖或者语文都行。然后呢可以买本英语方面的作文辅导书，学习写一些小文章。可把时间安排在晚上7:00-8:00

剩下的晚上时间可以自由分配，可以自己看些电影，电视。外国电影必须有英语字幕，慢速的。建议看看bbc的魅力中国，挺适合英语学习的。

建议：1、在寒假假期里读一些优秀的文章，来提高自己作文水平。 2、在寒假假期里按时做作业，坚持不拖拉，也不可开小差。 3、制定的计划要坚持。不能半途而废 4、.每天最迟不能超过十点半睡觉 5. 适当的做些运动

注：大年三十、初一、初二放假，初三半天学习时间。出门走亲戚时间去掉两天时间另定。外出参加实践调查半天。严格按照计划学习和生活。
