Different people have different ways to go to school. I often go to school on foot. Why do I choose this way to get there?
There are several reasons for that. Firstly, walking to school is not only a way to keep healthy but also a wonderful kind of exercise to prevent you from becoming fat. Besides, the house that my parents rented to look after me is near my school. Another important reason is that walking is quite a useful way to protect our environment and a safe method to protect yourself. So I prefer going to school on foot. It’s really a good choice.

A happy birthday party
My birthday is around the corner. So I set a party at my palace today, and invited a lot of friends to come. In the morning I went shopping with my mother and bought a lot of food and presents for the party. Besides, my mom got me a really beautiful shirt with stripes on it which I have been wanted for a whole month. It’s really fascinating. And we got home with our hands full. To my surprise, some of my friends are already come and I just found they are helping my grandparents with the cooking in the kitchen. And I just joined them at once. We played with the cake and flour, seems that everybody had all become snowmen. But the events which impacted me a lot is the text from my primary school’s teacher, I’m so glad she made time to text me, I haven’t seen her for a long time, it felt so good that someone was still remember me. I’m so touching, therefore, I called her, and we chatted almost half an hour. But time has wings. It was so quick and it was almost 10 o’clock. Even though my friends helped me clean up the house and did the dishes. It was too reluctant for us to say goodbyes. It’s definitely the best birthday party I have ever had before. And I knew much about friendship and the love between my families and me, and also my teacher and me.

Help my mom with the the housework
Last Sunday ,I helped my mom do the housework . First my mom asked me to take out the trash. At the same time ,my mom cleaned the living room . As we all know, English is one of the most useful languages in the world. It goes without saying that students like us really need to study English well. If we want to become international talents, it’s no doubt that English is one of the most important preconditions. Also people need some methods to learn a language. As for me, I did a lot of exercises this semester. For instance, I have recited a lot of English articles and have taken many grammar notes. Via those methods I feel like learning English more. Besides those I have also read many novels I am interested in, like <Twilight>, < Wuthering Heights >and so on. By studying English, I gradually understood the colorful culture and the fabulous beauty behind the simple words.
It makes me feel so good that I could understand so many foreign words and brings me a sense of achievement. It really impacts me a lot.

My grandmother
I always awe my grandma a lot. She is very competent. You have to know her----she was a small woman but could run the whole operation of her house without leaving her sofa or raising her voice. And also she is a loving grandma. Whenever I have trouble she always let me sit next to her, lay my head on her lap so that she could rub it. My grandma always encourages me “A quitter never wins and a winner never quits.” She could always cheer me up and make me find the confidence inside my heart. I really love her and I do want to become a wonderful person like her.

My dream
I have a wonderful dream that I'll be a good doctor when I grew up !
Why I choose this job ?
Firstly, there are many patients for some reasens, if I'm a good doctor, I can drive away the illness from the patients and bring happiness to them with my skills and knowledge !
Secondly, I think this job is very practical ! it can be a stable job with good reputation from people.

暑假见闻
I had a good time last weekend. On Sunday morning, I stayed at home and did my homework. The homework wasn’t difficult. After that, I played volleyball with my friends. 　　I went to the beach near my home with my friends last Sunday. It only took us twenty minutes to get there by bike. It was sunny and hot that day. There were thousands of people there. Parents
