How to Keep HealthyNowadays more and more people are concerned about their health. But how to keephealthy? Different people may give different answers to this question. In my opinion, it is essential to do the following.First, it is absolutely necessary to take some exercise every day. Research shows that getting plenty of exercise make the heart beat faster and the lungs work harder. This strengthens the heart, reduces the chance of heart attack, and helps lower blood pressure. That's why more and more people are becoming active in various kinds of sports and exercises. Every morning many people get up early and take much exercise. Some practice shadowboxing and swordplay while others run, jog, walk or dance to music. In the afternoon,there are also many people keen on sports. Some play basketball or volleyball or table tennis, others go in for gymnastics or track events. Through sports and exercise, people become healthier and stronger.Medical researchers have proved that what people eat affects their health. They advise people to eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat such as beef and pork because meat contains more fat than poultry and fish. Fat can build up in the arteries, block the flow of blood, and cause a heart attack or stroke.Getting rid of bad habits like smoking and drinking alcohol is also an important way to keep healthy. Smoking and drinking alcohol injure one's health a great deal, and therefore should be given up. How to keep Healthy
What’s the most important thing in the world? I think it is to be healthy. You can live without money, houses, cars or computers, but you won’t live a happy life if you are not healthy. Then how to keep healthy?
First we must eat healthily. We should eat meat, vegetables, fruit and other kinds of food. Taking exercises is also very important, it can help us build a strong body. If you don’t like sports you can walk for half an hour after meals.
Secondly we must stay happy all the time. I think making friends is one of the best ways to help us stay happy. Because when you are with your friends, you can share your happiness with them, or you can tell them of your worries. Then you will be happy soon.
In a word, keeping healthy is very important, let’s take good of ourselves.

如何保持健康
什么是世界上最重要的事情?我认为是健康的。生活中可以没有钱,房子,汽车,计算机,但你不会幸福生活,如果你都不是健康的。那么如何保持健康呢?

As the development of the society, health is becoming more and more important in our daily life.
As the saying goes, you're what you eat. So to eat the right thing in the right way is the key to keep healthy. Most fruit and vegetables are healthy food and we should eat more. An apple a day, keeps the doctor away.
Sleeping is another important thing to keep healthy. Without enough sleeping the body couldn't have good rest and get in good spirit.
Some exercise will help us get off unnecessary fat and make us stronger. At the same time, we heve fun in the sports and happiness will also bring us health.
I hope everyone could keep healthy and lead a happy life.
