Begin from me remember,
　　发生过很多事情,
　　A lot has happened,
　　有些都已经渐渐淡忘了,
　　Some have been gradually
　　forgotten,
　　但有一件事我却一直记忆犹新.

　　记得那是一个十一长假的时候,

　　我虽然嘴上兴奋地说：

　　“好啊,
　　"Good ah,
　　我一直想学呢!
　　I've always wanted to learn!
　　”但心里却不以为然：
　　"But my heart is not to regard it as right:
　　“有什么大不了的,我肯定比你包的还好.
　　"What's the big deal,okay I'm sure

　　bag.

　　说着,我就拿起一块饺子皮,
　　Then,I picked up a dumpling skin,
　　一股脑似的放了一大块馅,
　　All like put a large
　　piece of pie,
　　使劲一
　　A hard
　　捏,饺子皮炸开了,原来是我放的馅太多,把饺子皮给弄破了.

　　大笑起来,这时,我脸一下子就红了,刚才那股神气劲全没了像泄了

　　爸爸见此情景,怕我太尴尬,

　　我学着爸爸的样子,
　　I learn to Dad,
　　终于包出了一个半圆的饺子,我
　　Finally the package out of a semi-circular dumplings,I
　　脸上笑开了花,心里比吃了蜜还甜.
　　A big smile on his face,my heart than eating the honey still sweet.
　　这件事是我最难忘的一件事.
　　This thing is I am the most memorable thing.
　　因为我知道了干什么事都不能自以
　　Because I know what things are not in
　　为是.要谦虚,遇到不懂的事情要请教别人,不能不懂装懂.
　　As is.To be humble,encounter things that do not understand to ask others,cannot smatter.

All of my class were so proud of me ,especialy our teacher ,Mr Liu.He believed that i deserved it because he kenw how hard i trained for the contest.What's more he was the man that was supporting me all the time . He told me if i wanted to reach my goal , i had to do my best to prepare for it .I am happy that i learnt something that was really very useful in the near future.I will keep this in my mind for ever.
