我是一本英语书作文500字左右

书是知识的海洋，而我是一叶小舟，自由的在书的海洋里遨游。莎士比亚曾经说过：“生活里没有书籍，就好象鸟儿没有翅膀。”我们天天和书打交道，书自然而然的成为了我最好的朋友。
记得有一次，是在我小时候。我从爸爸的书柜上找了一本《红楼梦》。那书很厚很厚，封面上那两个美丽的主角便吸引了我。那书不仅厚，而且还很重，我使出吃奶的劲才把她翻开。但是，那书里的字我一个也不懂，看来是白费力气了。上次表姐看了以后，眼泪就像断了线的珠子掉下来，我很不甘心，表姐能看懂，我为什么看不懂？我问了爸爸和其他人，都是同一个回答：“你还小，不太识字。”我苦苦哀求爸爸，爸爸才愿意买本“彩图注音版《红楼梦》”……时光流逝，现在都已把《红楼梦》看了好几遍了。回想起来，还有点可笑。
记得还有一次，也是在很小时，母亲便教我念诗歌。让我通过诗人的眼睛看世间万象，通过诗人的耳朵听人间万籁。“上学多好啊，有书读，可以知道好多东西。”从那时起，“我要读书”的种子便深深埋在我幼小的心里。
现在，一间卧室，一张书桌，一本好书，对我而言，读书，就像吃东西一样，甜甜的，味道好极了。所以，读书的滋味在我心中永远是甜的。而不仅仅是我，在我们学校的每一个人都是这样，因为在星期二、四早上，我们都有一个“快乐阅读二十分”的读书时间。
“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉”，这与话说得太好了。书，真是让我受益匪浅，置身于书中，不禁为唐朝昌盛叫好，为清朝腐败而伤心……读书，让我领略今日中国的风采，科技发达，国力强盛……作业遇到困难时，《新华字典》总会教我知识感到不开心时，《老夫子》总会惹我发笑。也许，读书是我最大的快乐。
冰心曾说过：“多读书，读好书，好读书。”这句话让我记忆犹新，释放自我，陶我情操，让我们在书的海洋里尽情地遨游吧。

书是生命的二种意义
书，一个多么简单而又平凡的眼啊！但是，它却在我心目中占着特高的地位。在我记忆的长河中，总有“书的故事”在我的脑海里涟漪着，我与书结下了不解之缘，每当捧起一本本包着书皮的书时，心里又不禁想起了往事……
书，对于我又是多么重要的啊！如果我认定生命排第一，那么，书肯定是仅次于生命一—排名老二了。我曾经为书哭过，为书伤心过，那也许就是我对书的依恋。每当看着一本本书“退休”时，我会感到无比的悲痛，那好比是把我的肉挖去了一半。我把书小心翼翼地藏进书柜里，我不忍心挖出自己的肉呢？
不仅如此，我还为书“卖过命”呢？说起来倒也难以相信，不过，那绝对不是谎言，而是出自肺腑的真心话。小学二年级的时候，哥哥为我习了一本书，我非常喜欢它。但是由于我的知识还7a686964616fe78988e69d83364不够渊博，看起来非常费劲——总得查字典。一天，我坐在一个很浅的小池的岸边，夕阳无限美好，但我无心欣赏，双手还是捧着那本书看着，可当我留心注意查字典时，那本珍爱的书就在我不经意的时候，“偷偷溜走了”，“啪”的一声掉在那池里。一刹那间，我就像一只失了魂的动物，一下子把头扎进池里，想去抢救那本落了水的课本，书是摸到了，可是那令人遗憾的事情又发生了，我不公游泳啊！我身体又不高，难以踏着地。我搂住书在池里挣扎着。也许就是天意，大兄就在这时出现了，我得救了。但是，回家后又是挨打又是挨骂的。我哭了，眼睛里充满了无限痛苦与忧愁，但是，那并不是因为那一顿打，而是对那本书的不幸遭遇而感到忧愁。书都浸烂了，翻开书面，眼见的是那浑浊的一片……我又哭了。也许你会取笑我的行为，但是，如果你我有了同感，那恐怕你也会情不自禁。
书，我一生的梦想就是拥有全世界的书。我是连做梦都想，但也许这是难以实现的愿望。不过，我不感到绝望，因为，在度过每个春夏秋冬中，是书，它培养了我的情操，陪伴着我成长、生活，因此，我无比欣慰。但是提醒一点：那全都是健康的，有意义的书！

我与书的故事
我爱书，但更爱读书。
也许你们在想，读书有什么意思，干巴巴的，还不如看电视、玩电脑呢！但是，书能写出情感，电视却不能。正是因为书好看，有人物、感情，我才会经常“抱”着它们，一看就忘了时间。
有一次我回家后，急急忙忙开始写作业，因为那晚我还有英语课。写着写着，眼睛就“跑”了，死死地盯住昨天没看完的那本书。结果手也失控了，不由自主地把书拿下来，“不听话”地翻看起来。看着看着，便被那栩栩如生的人物吸引，“走火入魔”了，连放在手边的表也顾不得看一眼。直到妈妈回来把我叫“醒”，我才看了一眼表：妈呀！差20分钟上课，我包还没收拾哪！我一急就以超人的速度收拾，可还是晚了几分钟。
怎么样，厉害吧！看书可以忘了时间。是啊，谁能抵挡住那种诱惑呢？引人入胜的标题，丰富多彩的内容，华丽优美的词语……这真像一个饿着肚子的人见到美味大餐一样，那种对读书如饥似渴的感觉，它可以把我们带进浩瀚的天地，带我们领略人世的真谛。

A lot of people ask me which book is my most favorite one, and I always proudly answer them <<The Five Thousand Years History>>, which is all history about China.

This will be a long story for me to read this book. First time I touched this book is when I was 5 years old. My mother bought it to me as my 5-years-old gift. This is a really wonderful present to me,which is opening a history gate to me , a totally innocent boy. I almost forgot the dinner after I read the first page. From then on, I was the historist in my class and showed my knowledge from that book to my classmeates. When I became older and older, I knew more about it and feel more confident about my own China. I am proud that I am a Chinese and I will make more effort to build a more powerful country and let Chinese history more brilliant.

As me, this is the most important book in my life and now I still read it and recite some part of it. I think everyone should read it and get this wonderful experenice.

I dont think I have read many books. nevertheless, I attach much importance to reading. A Chinese proverb says, "Its always a good thing to open a book. " in other words, reading is always beneficial. Despite the fact I am not widely read, I can rest contented that the few books I have ever read really greatly added to my knowledge. Still, if you want me to name the book that I like best and has largely shaped my life, I will definitely say it is the Bible. We know human life consists of three parts: first, physical life. second, mental and intellectual life. third, spiritual life. The second and third parts I fine in the Bible. The Bible has two portions, the Old Testament and the New Testament. You will marvel at the rich contents of the Bible when you read it.
