诚信是金
诚信意味着讲实话做事公百正。一个人如果说谎骗人是不诚实的。 一个人能获得成功并不仅是靠劳力更是靠诚信。
诚信是一种好的美德，如果你一直诚实，你就会被他人所度尊敬和信任。一个说谎的人永远被别人瞧不起并被看作是害群之马。一旦你说谎，即使以后你再说实话人们也不会相信你了。
然而在当今商品经济的形式下，很多人往往舍弃诚信追求金钱。在他们看来，健康、美丽、金钱、智力、诚信、天赋中，诚信是最容易舍弃的。他们不明白也不想明白诚信是一个人最宝贵的财富，而且是做好事情的首要条件回。我认为这些人值得同情。
一句话，诚信是金。你诚信了，你的名声就好，不诚实，你就不会受到尊重。因此，我们不要认为小谎言是不值一提的，而是答应该马上在心中播下诚信的种子。
Honesty is the best policy
Today I read an instructive speech, in which the speaker argues that honesty is the best policy by telling us a true story about an overseas Chinese student who couldn’t find a job because of his dishonest records. I can’t agree with the speaker more. Honesty means all the difference between success and failure. Honesty will eventually bring people benefits while dishonesty may bring people short -term benefits but will surely bring disasters to them in the long run. Take Mr. Mao, headmaster of ××× national model high school, for example. In face of fierce competition, some teachers neglected their students cheating in examinations and worse still some even cheated themselves to please school leaders. Mr Mao strongly opposed this phenomenon. As a result, his honesty led to his great success as a chemistry teacher and he was promoted as headmaster three years ago. Another opposite example is Sanlu milk powder company. In order to make more money, they added a toxic chemical-melamine to the milk powder they produced, which made it appear to have more protein than was actually the case. The company made a lot of money by such dishonest means. But when the scandal was disclosed, not only did the company have to close down, but also some officials concerned were sent to prison. Honesty is important in our study and future career .Therefore, we should always remember honesty is the best policy and promise to be honest all our life.

It Pays to Be Honest
Nowadays people are troubled with mass of dishonest behaviors in society. Teachers get annoyed when they catch students cheating on exams; consumers get hurt when they unfortunately buy some fake products; children are misled when they see their parents tell lies so as to evade the responsibility they should take.
Why do people cheat? The main reason probably lies in immediate interest they may obtain by cheating. For example, a company, which manufactures fake products, may seem to win for a moment because it can minimize its manufacture cost by doing so. This kind of businesses, however, will be driven out of the market in the long run. For the consumers after getting to know the poor quality of the products will not buy them anymore.
The same is true of individuals. Dishonest people dare not take on the responsibility of life. They cheat in class, in office, at home and so on. But the truth can hardly be masked. The moment the truth comes out they will lose their credibility, which is easier to destroy than to rebuild. Consequently, these dishonest will suffer a long time because of their cheating behaviors. In conclusion, no one can afford to be dishonest in a civilized society.
Honesty is the pillar of a society. People will benefit from being honest in the long run. That's why we say it pays to be honest.

友谊在哪里 翻译得不错，只是有些语法或者用词要注意，faith不是“诚信”的“信”，而是“信仰”的“信”；first you need to trust each other. As long as you trust each other, you will win other's trust probably.这句里用at first 或者 firstly都会更好一些，另外后面用了will就不要再用probably 了，或者用后者不用前者，但不要两个都用。Then the relationship wil be able to improved.这句如果用Then的话前面可以用逗号，另外，relationship应该是be improved，而不是improved,不知道你是不是少打了一个be.后面的语法用词错误不多，都是e69da5e887aa7a686964616f361小问题，不过有些偷工减料的嫌疑，因为原文里有好些地方没译出来。

Honesty is an essential ingredient between interpersonal interactions.
Honesty is something relative. In my opinion, if you do want to have a wholehearted association with someone you like, you have to trust him above all. Only if you trust him firstly can you win the trust from him as much as possible, and further develop your relationship with him.
Contacts with your kinsfolks, lovers and friends are supposed to be the intercourse between hearts of both sides, and to be straight-out is also important. Suppose that if your kinsfolks, lovers and friends always lie to you, would you still regard them as your most significant persons in the bottom of your heart? It’s completely the same that if you want to be the most important one to somebody else, just get rid of your lies and tell him what you saw and what you’re thinking, earnestly and frankly. Perhaps sometimes telling the truth will not help you gain the forgiveness from others, but telling lies is just a moral crime, and will not be accepted and appreciated.
Aside from interpersonal communication, honesty is also expressed in terms of work, study and examination all the time.
Our life cannot go without honesty, and meanwhile, honesty is a very crucial part of life.
