In this modern materialistic world, the majority of people are in
hot pursuit of material gains, and money is considered the most valuable
thing of all, which, personally speaking, is quite superficial. As far
as I am concerned, reading is much more valuable than anything else, for

always beneficial” vividly shows how valuable reading is.
Firstly,
it goes beyond doubt that reading is a very important way to gain
knowledge. Reading is like travelling, the process of which enables you
to experience the colorful world and enlarge your eyes scope.
My LifestyleI have a healthy lifestyle.Every morning I get up early and take exercise,my favorite sport is running and it makes me healthy.In my free time,I like to watch TV.But I never watch TV too long.My eating habits are very good.I eat vegetables and fruit every day.I like fast food,but I hardly eat it,because it’s bad for my healthy.I drink milk before I go to bed every night.I sleep nine hours every night.My lifestyle helps me stay healthy and get good grades.

Reading Makes Me Happy
Nowadays,the pace of everyday life is faster than before.Most modern people are anxious living.However,I have entertainments to relax myself.One of them is reading.
During my childhood,Mom always told me stories before I went to bed.They were so interesting that I loved them right away.With the passing of the years,I grew up and learned thousands of words.To my great joy,I was soon able to read books by myself.As soon as I finished my homework,I always chose a book and sat in front of my desk to enjoy it.

Although life in senior high school is full of pressure,I’m as carefree as a bird because of reading.I’ll treasure the joy of reading forever.
