Mo Yan, a Chinese great writer , was born in Shandong Province. He began writing when he was young. He was interested in writing and work hard at it. He often worked until late into the night. He wrote many stories , such as "Dry River", "Autumn Stream".
In 2012, Mo Yan awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature.

Mo Yan, formerly known as Guan Moye, was born on February 17, 1955 in Dalan Ping'an Village, Northeast Township Cultural Development Zone, Gaomi City, Shandong Province.
Vice-Chairman of the Chinese Writers Association, winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2012, is also the first Chinese writer to win the Nobel Prize for Literature.
In 1981, he began to publish his work Rain on a Spring Night. In 1984, he became famous for Transparent Carrots.
In 1986, the novella Red Sorghum Family published in People's Literature magazine caused a great sensation in the literary world.
In 1987, he was the screenwriter of the film Red Sorghum, which won the Golden Bear Award of the 38th Berlin International Film Festival.
In 2011, she won the Mao Dun Literature Award for her novel Frog. He won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2012.

1、《蛙》

2、《檀香刑》
《檀香刑》是莫言的代表作之一，发表于2008年，曾引起文学界热议。小说以1900年德国人在山东修建胶济铁路、袁世凯镇压山东义和团运动、八国联军攻陷北京、慈禧仓皇出逃为历史背景。
讲述了发生在"高密东北乡"的一场兵荒马乱的运动，一桩骇人听闻的酷刑，一段惊心动魄的故事。
3、《丰乳肥臀》
《丰乳肥臀》是莫言最著名的代表作之一 。小说热情讴歌了生命最原初的创造者——母亲的伟大、朴素与无私，生命的沿袭的无与伦比的重要意义。
并且在这一幅生命的流程图中，弥漫着历史与战争的硝烟，真实，不带任何偏见，再现了一段时期内的历史。1997年《丰乳肥臀》夺得中国“大家文学奖”。
